After a brief hiatus Chef Kuya Tastings are finally back! The next Chef Kuya Tasting will be on May 24th at 6pm. And due to popular demand I am INCREASING the number of available seats from 10 to 12. Seats will be $125/person and of course, please feel free to BYOB (glasses will be provided).

While it was fun diving into my culinary history and showcasing my experiences in a variety of cuisines and styles, I really want to go back to my roots for this, and for all, Chef Kuya Tastings going forward. This will be a multi-course tasting experience showcasing the influences, ingredients, and styles of Filipino food and its place, I believe, in truly delicious and exciting cuisine.
